Take the train — still by far the cheapest way in (~₺30). Check the platform board the moment you land; if the last one has gone, don't wait for a train that won't come.

After the last train, or with heavy bags?

Use the official taxi rank — expect a night tariff of about ₺840 · ≈ €18 to Alsancak. Solo and on a tight budget? This is the "knowingly pay the night price" moment, not an ambush.

Heading to the Çeşme peninsula (Çeşme, Ilıca, Alaçatı)

The Havaş coach (last ~21:00) is almost certainly gone.

Don't rely on public transport this late — there's no train to the peninsula and the coach has stopped.

A metered taxi runs about ₺3,500 · ≈ €74 on the night tariff, or a pre-booked fixed-price transfer is about ₺2,850 · ≈ €61 for the car — the driver waits even if your flight slipped. For a couple, splitting the transfer removes the meter risk.

✓The official taxi rank runs 24 h. Use it — and only it. Ignore anyone inside the terminal offering you a ride; the marshalled rank is just outside Arrivals.
✓ATMs and airport wifi work at any hour. Get some lira before you leave — a late coach or taxi may not take cards.
